Booking Fee & Cancellation Policy

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of scheduling. This fee will be applied toward the total cost of your service. The remaining balance, if any, is due at the time of your appointment.

We understand that life happens — if you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments that are canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, may result in a forfeiture of the booking fee and require a new deposit to rebook.

No-shows or appointments canceled on the same day will be charged 100% of the service price.
